Week 1 of my plan went well. I had an unexpected hike on the 4th of July with my husband. The picture was at the beginning of the hike before I was drenched in sweat. It was a very hot day and this was one of the few places with shade.

  1. Good luck, I hope it’s not too hot for your 5 mile run. It was baking here in MI on the 4th, I stayed indoors for most of the day.
